The P365's felt recoil is less, the slide is much easier to rack, it's slightly smaller and lighter, has a better trigger than a stock Shield and it's more accurate in my hands at 7 yards. Slide a new cartridge base up the face of the breech and under the extractor claw. It should move smoothly with a bit more pressure as it slides under the extractor claw.
